Membership

Membership categories are split by age group:

Adults (over 18) who can be either “Playing” or “Non-Playing” Members

Students (aged over 15 and under18)

Junior (aged 15 and under)

Compliance with the club’s Code of Conduct for Members and Guests is a condition of all membership.

Please note: Parents or Guardians of Junior Members are automatically enrolled as Non-Playing Members without further subscription

New members in all categories, are always welcome.

Management, Meetings and voting rights

The Club is managed by a Management Committee comprising the President, Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, 1^st XI Captain, Welfare Officer and up to four other members elected at the Annual General Meeting

All members are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) each year which is normally held in October. Only Adult Playing Member and those Non-Playing Members who are members of the Management Committee or who hold another club office are entitled to vote at AGM or any other General Meetings that may be called

Subscriptions and Match Fees

The membership runs from 1^st April until the following 31^st March and annual subscriptions should be paid by 31^st May in each year.

Subscription fees for 2010

Adult Playing Members £50 (existing members who fail to renew subscriptions by 31/05 will be charged £60)

Adult Non Playing Members £5

Students £25

Juniors £20

Match fees for 2010

Adults matches £5

Students and Juniors playing in adult matches £3

Junior matches £1

Training Nights

Outdoor training nights start in early April and continue until the end of the season

In 2009, they will be Mondays - 8-11 years (6:30-8:00)

Tuesdays – Adults (6:30-8:00)

Wednesdays – 12-15 years (6:30-8:00)

Thursday – Adults (6:30-8:00)
